Easy creative snack Pooja. The rice ingredient came as a surprise to me. I never thought it would have contained rice when I had tasted it yesterday. Is rice necessary or only potato and cheese can also go?

Hi Prakash..the rice makes it more crisp and acts as a good binder too. It can be made out of potato and cheese but then the quantity of cornflour will have to be increased.
